Boy, 11, robbed of his phone in broad daylight
An 11-old-boy has been robbed on Canvey.
The youngster was walking in Leigh Road at around 6pm on Friday, August 11 when he was approached by a man.
The man threatened to hurt the victim and demanded the victim's phone, which was handed over.
The man is described as white, of a skinny build with a black fringe and stubble on his chin. He was also wearing a black hooded Nike top.
The victim was unhurt.
