TWO men have received driving disqualifications after failing to provide details about driving offences.
Clive Farrant, 66, of Appletree Way, Wickford, and Danny Everett, 44, of Hanging Hill Lane, Hutton, admitted failing to provide information about the identity of a driver after receiving prosecution notices.
Farrant was caught by a camera driving through a red light in his Volvo along the A1245 in Rawreth at around 5.40pm on May 17.
He appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court on March 14, where he was disqualified for six months, fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66.
Everett was caught speeding five times between May 2016 and September 2016 - three times on Rayleigh Road, Hutton, and once on the A127 Southend Arterial Road, Rayleigh, and Marine Parade, Southend.
He was disqualified for 18 months at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on March 25, and was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 costs and £66 victim surcharge
