PARAMEDICS and fire crews rescued a man who had collapsed on top of a Wickford building.
The emergency services were called to Runwell Road, Wickford just after 11.30am to reports a man in his 20s had collapsed whilst on scaffolding.
The East of England's Hazardous Area Response Team were called to the incident and fire crews used an aerial ladder platform to rescue the man.
He was taken to Basildon Hospital for treatment for facial injuries and hypothermia.
