POLICE investigating the murder of Hassan Mohammed Ibrahim are still questioning three people arrested in north London on Wednesday, but have released a further four.
Six men between the ages of 17 and 19 were arrested on Monday, July 7 in connection with the murder of Hassan, 26, of Peckham, south London, in York Road, Southend, on Monday evening.
Two of these men were released yesterday and the remaining four have now been released from police custody with no further action being taken in relation to the murder.
However three of the six have only been released on police bail until Monday, pending further enquiries.
Police made three further arrests in north London on Wednesday, two men aged 19 and 18, plus a boy aged 17, all from north London.
These remain in police custody being questioned by detectives.
