POLICE investigating a mass brawl between a number of gangs of teenagers have released an Efit of a man who played a “key part” in the fight.
Armed cops stormed a daylight punch-up in Hill Road, Southend on Friday, June 6, just after 6.30pm.
Police said the brawl was between various groups of youths who had previously has a disagreement in Priory Park, with later turned into a fight.
Police have now issued an Efit in the hopes of identifying a man they want to speak to.
Investigating officer Dc Mark Sawyer said: "We are now releasing an Efit of a man we want to identify and hope that that someone will know who he is.
"This incident caused upset and fear for the local community and I am keen to establish the reason for this happening and to deal with any identified offenders.
“The man in the Efit played a key part in the disturbance and I need to speak to him as soon as possible.”
