Former driving instructor charged with 19 historic sex offences
A former driving instructor has been charged with 19 counts of indecent assault which allegedly took place up to 28 years ago.
David Lee, 72, will appear at Basildon Magistrates Court on July 10 after being charged with the offences against women aged 16 or over which date between 1986 and 2002.
Lee, of Blackmore Road, Kelvedon Hatch, has been released on police bail pending the hearing.
