Sym Craven, 55, of Surbiton Road, Southend, admitted drink driving.
He drove a Vauxhaull Astra in Wakering Road, Great Wakering, while over the limit. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced to 17 weeks if he completes a course. He was also fined £110 and ordered to pay £20.
Jason Baker, 44, of Woodside View, Benfleet, admitted drink driving and driving without an MoT.
He drove a Ford Focus in Brooklyn Drive, Rayleigh, while over the limit on April 13. He must go on a drink-impaired drivers programme for 30 days, carry out 120 hours of unpaid work and pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified from driving for 40 months.
Paul Drabble, 62, of The Rundels, Benfleet, pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving without insurance or a licence. He drove his Ford Focus on the A127 over the limit on April 18. He was ordered to pay a £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months.
Adrian Lyndon, 51, of Marine Parade, Southend, admitted theft.
He stole chocolate worth £26.50 from Discount UK on April 19. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £15 fine and £18 costs.
Layla Jones, 28, of Mallards, Shoebury, admitted drink driving.
She drove a Mercedes in Eastern Esplanade on April 19 while over the limit. She was ordered to pay a £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months.
John Kavanagh, 24, of Prospect Close, Southend, admitted breaking a community order. He sent text messages between October 23 and November 12 last year, when he was banned from doing so. He was given a community order putting him under curfew for six months between 10pm and 7am and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £105 costs.
