A WOMAN was treated for minor injuries after she was in collision with a car in Westcliff on Tuesday evening.
A police spokesman said: “A road crashed occurred when a female pedestrian was struck by a car at the junction of West Street and Tudor Road in Southend shortly before 8.30pm on Tuesday.
“Paramedics treated a woman at the scene for minor injuries.”
The driver was spoken to by police but will not face any action over the incident.
The road was blocked for a short period as a result.
