A sad loss and about time something was done with this road, it is a death trap. Too long, too straight inviting to fast drivers.

What very sad news for the family.

Very sad. There was a fault with the traffic lights before the accident? :-(

Perhaps some attempt at punctuation marks, adding a question mark on the end of the sentence, and proper use of plurals would help avoid some confusion you have caused. My sincere condolences to the mans family and friends.

The bikes passed me just before the lights, I saw the accident happen! I'm saving my version of events for the police but I will say that there is a lot of speculation on here? I'd like his loved ones to know that he didn't suffer and none of us can imagine what you're all going through? I'm so sorry for your loss.

Thanks for the condolences. The young man's name is Shayne Williams. A beloved son, father, brother and cousin. My family is trying to cope with this tragedy especially after we lost his dad about 2 years ago. Sweet, loving with a smile that melted hearts. RIP cousin. We love and will miss you.

Sadly there are no cameras along that route only Red Light camera's at the junction concerned but I doubt the one covering the crash scene would have been working if the traffic lights themselves were not working as someone else has mentioned. If they were not working that would perhaps explain this terrible tragedy unless someone jumped the lights if they were working. RIP to the poor Motorcyclist.
