A MAN arrested after a fight at Basildon Bus Station has been released without charge.
A 69-year-old local man suffered a fractured arm during the incident outside the fish and chip shop close to the entrance of the Eastgate Centre at 3pm on Friday, October 18.
A 57-year-old man from the town was arrested an hour later on suspicion of assault.
He was later released on police bail.
Essex Police have concluded their enquiries and following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service the man has been released without charge.
