THREE men and a woman have been re-bailed following the stabbing of a 55-year-old man in Southend.

Two 22-year-olds, a 23-year-old and a 24-year-old answered bail at Southend police station on Friday, in connection with the late night attack in Victoria Road, on August 11.

They were re-bailed and will return on February 1.

Witnesses should call 101.

Yes, nasty event that could have easily been murder.

If guilty they should be hung and I don't think I'm being OTT. A group robbery and attempted murder of a random innocent stranger is not on.

However on the flip side, can't keep bailing people indefinitely, they may be innocent.
