Man from Shoebury left in hospital with severe injuries after group attack

A MAN suffered four broken ribs, a punctured right lung, dislocated shoulder and multiple bruising after he was attacked in Shoebury.
The 45-year old victi was in Falcon Way, Shoebury, when he was set upon by a group of about seven men.
The group surrounded the man before punching, kicking, and stamping on him.
The victim was taken to Southend Hospital for treatment to his injuries which are not life-threatening.
Police want to speak to anyone who was in the area at about 7.15pm on October 5 when this attack happened and may have seen this group of men.
