Firefighters free two people trapped after crash at Coryton

FIREFIGHTERS rescued two people trapped in their cars after a crash at Coryton. 

Crews from Orsett and Basildon were called at 9.15am today after three cars collided on Manorway. 

At 9.30am, paramedics assessed the trapped people and then fire crews moved in with specialist cutting equipment. 

They were released by 9.50am and left in the care of the ambulance service.

Though it's a good job Trumpton were called, for had the ambulance been called, they might have been kept waiting a while, what with all the tea breaks, and other interuptions....
