Do you seriously believe he stood there all that time filming, it is clearly a static time lapse camera left to do its own thing whilst the owner go’s and does his own thing.

Your statement makes you look not only the sad one but also the fool, it is YOU that needs to get a life.

You've shown your total lack of knowledge there mate...its a time-lapse film, I didn't spend all day doing it! In-fact I wasn't even in Southend when it was being filmed, I set my laptop up to do it automatically.... So I probably achieved much more than you did that weekend ;o)

Superb video, very well framed, a great way for anyone that missed it to see the whole day in a short space of time.

I was thinking of doing a similar thing on the Sadlers Farm project, but could not find a laptop with a big enough hard drive.

I opened this story thinking the same as boyracer, I thought it would be one of the train spotting brigade standing there with a camcorder in an anorak & a flask of tea, but it was actually really good.

Brilliant film of a masterpiece in engineering. Couldn't get there to see any of it, but you captured the whole job for us. Well done you to you sir!
