Asbo lout locked up
AN ASBO lout is behind bars after he was caught breaking into schools across Southend.
Connor Diack, 20, of no fixed address, admitted breaking into Southend High School for Girls and stealing an Apple Mac computer and £20 cash.
He also pleaded guity to attempting to break into St Nicholas School, in Philpott Avenue, on two consecutive days in September.
Diack also put his hands up to breaching an antisocial behaviour order imposed on him in by entering a shed in the grounds of Hamstel School, in Hamstel Road.
The Echo reported in October last year how he had been given the order after being branded a “prolific burglar” by police.
It was designed to try to prevent him breaking into schools or colleges, as it prevents him from entering them or their surrounding grounds without a prior appointment.
Southend Magistrates Court remanded Diack in custody until February. He will then be sentenced at Basildon Crown Court.

Am I the only one who sees the irony here?..
I don't condone his actions nor do I assume he is a pleasant man.
consider; the vast polarisation of life chances. high unemployment and the above national average number of NEETs in Southend, with an anticipated high number of former London residents that will arrive in southends after being socially cleansed from the capital and the sheer volume of Romanian and Bulgarian immigrants that are about to descend on the south east.
if the above mentioned crimes are shocking to you I suggest you get your blood pressure checked at the GP. consider medication to help you to sleep at night..

If I was the Judge I would recomend chopping off two of the fingers of his right hand and 18 months in jail . I would also remind him that should he be caught for anything worse than a parking fine in the future then two more fingers would be amputated from the other hand . No, it's not barbaric ,it's a bloody good deterent and I bet that not many of you will come up with a better one ! It seems to work in Saudi Arabia rather well so why not in UK ? Before you ask, I am of the Christian faith .

Have any of you lot stopped to consider why this young lad is doing what he is doing? Chances are he wasn't brought up in a loving middle class household where morality, integrity and respect come with the swiss muesli. It's far more likely that he comes from the sort of scummy home where the kids have to learn to grab what they can from an early age. Kids like that don't have any choice, if they don't swim they sink, but we are the sum of our experiences. Look at him. Does he look evil and cocky? I'd say more sad and resigned to his fate. And what about his crimes? Has he beaten up old ladies or stabbed teenagers? Nope, no violence as far as I can see. I'd say this young man is more sad than bad but at the same time he can't be allowed to continue his crime spree and after everything he has done there is not much doubt that he has to have a custodial sentence, but does he really deserve the sort of comments some of you lot are leaving?

I do not know ,nor do I care what kind of upbringing he had . There are many people who have been deprived of the luxuries of life from day one . The vast majority are as as honest as the next person . A rough life is not an excuse for dishonesty ,most people can live without theft, then so can he . Perhaps you have never been burgled , perhaps you would'nt mind all your course work being stolen before your exam ? He is a prolific burgler and deserves the remarks posted .
