Girl, believed to be eight-years-old, hit by car outside Temple Sutton Primary School in Southend

A young girl was taken to hospital after she was knocked down by a car outside a Southend school.
The youngster, believed to be eight-years-old, was hit by the car outside Temple Sutton Primary School in Eastern Avenue, Southend, at 8.40am today.
She was taken to Southend Hospital suffering from minor injuries.
