That was my twin sister Sarah. She works as a carer in a learning difficulties home and was having training in Southend today. She was on her lunch break when she saw the man and offered to help. She is actually at the hospital waiting to see if she can speak to the family to find out if he is ok.

I see this today, I was walking past the bench when I see the gentleman and some people gathered around I was unsure at first if he had just fallen over, I stopped just past to see if he was ok this is when sarah went over, as soon as she got onto the floor I knew it wasn't just a fall, she assessed t situation very quickly and then started CPR she was amazing, I have been thinking about this gentlemen all afternoon x I also hope he is ok and wish him well wishes x also would like to say well done to sarah and hope she is also ok x
