Updated: A127 in Southend closed following crash

A BUSY road in Southend was closed for almost two hours following an accident between a van and a motorcycle on Friday night.
Prince Avenue in Westcliff was sealed off by police between Priory Crescent and Rochester Drive following the crash shortly before 7pm.
The motorcyclist, a man believed to be in his 20s, had leg and arm injuries.
The road re-opened shortly before 9pm.
