Illegal immigrant arrested at Southend convenience store

AN ILLEGAL immigrant has been arrested at a Southend convenience store.
UK Border Agency Officials had paid a visit to the Spar, in Sutton Road, on Tuesday afternoon.
They carried out checks which revealed a 21-year-old Sri Lankan man had entered the country illegally.
He was bailed while the UKBA obtain a travel document so he can be deported.
