SOUTHEND'S town centre was full of colour yesterday as hundreds of people took part in the Pride Parade.
Returning to Southend for the first time in 15 years, there has been a host of Pride events throughout the week to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.
The parade formed at Royal Square, before proudly marching up the High Street in a sea of colour.
The parade was followed by a festival in Warrior Square Gardens, and a closing party at The Cliff last night.
