Benfleet Road
A group of moped riders has attempted to steal a motorbike from another man.
At about 10pm on March 20, the victim was in Benfleet Road on his motorcycle.
He was surrounded by a group of males on mopeds at the junction of Shipwrights Drive when one of the group tried to grab his bag and unbalanced the victim.
Another suspect then tried to pull the victim from his motorcycle in an attempt to steal the bike.
Fortunately the victim managed to get away.
