CANVEY-BASED Dr Andy Starkey attended Parliament to present artificial intelligence research to a range of politicians and experts.
Dr Starkey presented his research about using artificial intelligence to increase productivity and strategic decision making in large mobile workforces.
And Dr Starkey was shorlisted from hundreds of applicants to appear in Parliament as part of Stem for Britain.
Dr Starkey, 27, said: “I was able to provide valuable insight and examples to MPs to counter the popular misconceptions about artificial intelligence and its negative impact on the workforce.
“Artificial intelligence can be a powerful tool to help improve services and keep the UK economy competitive.”
