FUNNYMAN Ricky Grover will be headlining at the newly returned Funny Bunny's Comedy Club.

Ricky is known as Heather's boyfriend in Eastenders, Bulla on the 11 O'Clock Show and for starring in Big Fat Gypsy Gangster, Porridge and Guy Ritchie's Revolver.

He will be sharing the bill with comedians Kate Lucas, Rich Wilson and Southend based Ross McGrane, who will be MC for the night.

Ross is also the organiser of the Funny Bunny's Comedy Club.

He explains: "I ran it over ten years ago with my sad and best mate Matt Adlington at Dick DeVigne's in Southend. In our short time there we bought the likes of Omid Djallili, Mickey Flanagan, Russell Kane and Lee Hurst to Southend and built a really good reputation on the Comedy Circuit for having one of the best clubs in the country.

"I'm reopening the club back in Dick DeVigne's on Thursday March 29 with Ricky Grover headlining, with support from a couple of the biggest names on the UK circuit at the moment; Kate Lucas and Rich Wilson.

"It's going to be great and I hope lots of people make it."

Dick DeVigne's is in Warrior Square, Southend.

The show takes place on Thursday March 29, at 8:30pm.

Tickets are £10 and available from wegottickets.com/funnybunnys.
