A MAN has been charged with a string of racially aggravated offences.
Adrian Fulton, 58, of Carlton Avenue, Westcliff, is accused of making racially aggravated threats against two people in Westcliff on February 4 and a racially aggravated assault against one of the victims on March 11.
He is also charged with intimidating a man with a baseball bat and wheel brace, damaging fences, harassment of four women and a male neighbour.
Fulton denied the allegations at Southend Magistrates’ Court and will stand trial at Basildon Crown Court.
