A WOODLANDS School pupil is celebrating after winning two national gymnastics titles.
Halle Hilton, 12, of Southend Road, Corringham, competed in the 2017 English Championships.
The youngster had tonsillitis a week prior to the tough competition so only entered two classes, but, despite her illness managed to fight back and win the titles.
She competed against 70 other entrants and completed a brand new routine on the Bars to become the English Champion and showed precision and poise to also become the English beam champion.
