A TEENAGER was punched and robbed of his mountain bike as he walked by some shops in broad daylight.

Two men approached the 18-year-old as he walked between Kenneth Road and Rectory Road, Pitsea, shortly before 4.30pm on Saturday, March 18.

They then stole his his blue Raleigh bike.

The first suspect was wearing a black hooded top and is described as being between 15 and 19 years old, around 5ft 9in, of large build and with short, brown hair.

The second suspect is described as being around 5ft 7in, of large build and was wearing a hooded top tied tightly to obscure his face.
