A TEENAGER was arrested on suspicion of theft and driving offences after driving in an “erratic, anti-social manner”.
The 17-year-old boy, from Rochford, who can’t be named for legal reasons, was arrested on suspicion of the theft of a blue Ford Puma.
He was found by police while driving around Rochford in what police described as an erratic, anti-social manner following a report from a member of the public.
He had no driving documents for the vehicle, which was seized.
