A MAN indecently exposed himself to a teenage girl.
The 17-year-old victim was walking along Oldwyk in Vange at 4.30pm on Thursday, January 12.
The suspect was described as described as white, aged in his early 20s and slim. He had short dark brown hair and wore a black puffer-style jacket and grey jogging bottoms.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Pc Marc Shaddock at Basildon Police Station on 101.
