Garages torched in Westcliff
Fire crews were scrambled to a fire in a block of Westcliff garages.
Four garages in a nine garage block in London Road were completely ablaze when three crews, two from Southend, and one from Leigh, were disptached to the scene.
They were called at at 6.40am on Saturday morning, but had the fires out by 7.20am.
The cause of the incident is unknown.
