A SCOT who was moved off Death Row after more than 20 years could be freed from jail today.
Kenny Richey, from Edinburgh, was transferred from Ohio's Death Row to a county jail after judges overturned his murder conviction.
Amnesty International said the 43-year-old faces a bail hearing today which could see him released for the first time in 21 years.
Richey was convicted of starting a fire in 1986 which killed a two-year-old girl in Columbus Grove in north west Ohio.
