A SMALL child and two men were taken to hospital following a smash in Laindon.
Emergency services were called to the junction of Hatterills and Gower Chase in Laindon at about 10.25am this morning.
A black Nissan Micra and a red Renault Megan were in collision.
The East of England Ambulance Service was on the scene within six minutes.
A little girl and a man werre taken to to Basildon Hospital with neck and back injuries.
Another man was taken to hospital with a knee and wrist injuries.
None of the patients’ injuries are thought to be life threatening.
Essex Police shut off the road for a short time while the accident was cleared and the casualities were taken to hospital.
