'snatched his wallt from his hand'

Spelling errors and why he was there aside; why was his wallet in his hand? What was he expecting to pay for at 3.30 in the morning?

Unless of course, he fell for the old "have you got change" trick - in the dark - at 3.30 bells - in a secluded park....

When you are in a dark park at 3.00 am with your wallet in your hand you are asking for trouble, maybe he was trying to buy drugs, is chalkwell park not well known for this?

This idiot was clearly committing crimes & not just against fashion.
I would even suggest the drug buyer decided to pocket his friends cash & came up with this as a cover story. Either way no sympathy it should be taken as part and parcel of "life on the street" for the 'victim' or why whine ?
