Southchurch neighbourhood policing team

PS Tracey Butt

I am the new Neighbourhood Policing Sergeant for Shoebury and Southchurch. I have been policing the Southend district for over 20 years. I have returned to Shoebury, having worked here 8 years ago. I am very committed to the Policing and safety of the area; to this end, I will do all I can to make sure the communities of Shoebury and Southchurch are Policed to the best of my ability.

Pc Warren Lamb

I am the Neighbourhood Constable for Thorpe Ward, a role I have carried out since November 2006, and I have recently expanded to looking after Southchurch Ward (South of Southchurch Boulevard).

My aim in 2013 is to increase and build upon the current Neighbourhood Watch Scheme and see a further reduction on both Anti Social Behaviour and Crime matters.

I am very approachable, so if you see me out and about, do say 'Hello'

Pc Dave Gardiner

I am a Police Constable on the Neighbourhood Policing Team and am the dedicated Officer responsible for St Lukes ward and Southchurch ward (North of Southchurch Boulevard).

I have been a Police Officer since March 2010 and have spent the majority of my career on the response team at Southend before coming to Shoebury in March 2012.

I am enjoying the role I play in the Neighbourhood Team and look forward to the challenges it brings.

Pcso Martin Mansfield

My name is Martin, I am married with children and have lived in Southend for most of my life.
I enjoy my job immensely, especially the part that allows me to get involved in the local community.
I want you to know that I am here to help and I am approachable... so if you see me, please come and talk to me, even if it is just to say Hello !

Pcso Sylvia Gibson

My name is Sylvia Gibson.

I am your local Police Community Support Officer for St Lukes and SouthChurch Ward.

I love my job, being able to help people gives me great satisfaction.

If you see me on patrol and I can help you in any way, please call me over and I will do my best to help.

All I want for all my residents, is a safe and happy environment.

Pcso Tristan Adams

I joined Essex Police July 2006 and for many years I was based in Southend. I have moved to Shoeburyness and I am really looking forward to the challenges the area will bring to me. During my time working for the police service I have learnt many things and undertaken a variety of work. I really enjoy my job and I am happy to help. The best part of working for Essex Police is meeting different people and interacting with people on a day to day basis. If you ever see me walking the beat please come and say hello. My aim is to help make Essex a safer place.

Pcso Graham Baker

I am delighted to have the opportunity to serve the local community as a PCSO for both Thorpe Ward and Southchurch Ward. I have worked in the Southend Area since I joined Essex Police in 2007. My aim within the Neighbourhood continues to be to make Thorpe Ward and Southchurch Ward very safe places to live and visit.
