RE: GEOFFREY ALLEN EWART DECEASED Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any person having any claim against or an interest in the estate of Geoffrey Allen Ewart late of 58 The Chase, Rayliegh, Essex who died on the 28th April 2012, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors for the Executor of the said deceased within two months of publication of this notice, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
