TUGWELL Roy Robert Passed away in Southend University Hospital on Friday, 29th June 2012 aged 67 years. Funeral service to take place at Southend Crematorium West Chapel on Friday, 20th July at 12 noon. No flowers please but donations are gratefully recieved for the 'South East Essex MS Society Friday Club' where he volunteered as Transport Manager for many years.
